1. Toxicity: Mushrooms have low toxicity, 1g/kg decoction intravenously in dogs and 4.75g/kg intravenously in rabbits. The LD50 of rats injected intraperitoneally with pemphigus tincture (de-alcohol) was 22.5 g (crude drug)/kg, and mice were 19.9 g (crude drug)/kg.
