When a ZT323 wheeled tractor was started in the morning, the engine was on fire. After working for a while, the exhaust pipe appeared white smoke. The test was started 2 hours after the field echoed from the field. The engine was on fire and the smoke was thick and black and white. After a few minutes, they continued to smoke. In turn, the high-pressure tubing of each cylinder was released to perform a broken-cylinder test, and the phenomenon of white smoke still existed. Check the external drive section of the fuel pump and make sure it is not loose. The inspection time is 15°C before TDC, which is later than the standard value (21.5°C-23.5°C). However, after the oil supply time is adjusted properly, the exhaust pipe still emits white smoke. Check the diesel oil, anhydrous in oil. Remove the valve chamber cover and crank the crankshaft positively to observe the valve movement. When the top dead center mark (OT) on the flywheel aligns with the score line and one cylinder is at exhaust top dead center, one cylinder and two valves overlap. The state indicates that there is no confusion in the phase of the valve. When it was hard to understand, it was decided to remove the exhaust pipe and take a look. After the exhaust manifold was removed and the engine was started, a stream of liquid was ejected from the exhaust port of a cylinder and it was sprayed on a repairman who could not dodge. Based on the odor, it was concluded that the liquid sprayed was diesel. According to this situation and the specific structural analysis of this type of tractor, the diesel fuel must flow into the cylinder of the cylinder along the open intake valve from the intake manifold, and the intake manifold can only come from the preheater. Remove the preheater electromagnetic plug on the intake pipe joint, and then start the engine test, the white smoke gradually exhausted, and then disappeared. Then check the preheater solenoid valve, use your finger to block the back oil on the solenoid valve body, use the mouth to align the air inlet and blow the air. The oil outlet leaks. Remove the hose fitting and find that there is dirt between the needle valve and the seat. After cleaning, replace all removed parts and troubleshoot.
